We do our best to lower the  cost of shipping service. In most cases you will have more than one shipping method to choose from and ability to compare the shipping prices. In general, USPS cost is lower for small light packages, so we use it for not too heavy items.

Orders received by 2 pm EST will ship the same day. Please allow one extra day for order preparation from November 25^th through December 25^th and from February 1^st through February 14^th. 

Shipping is FREE if your order is $100.00 or more and you are located within the US Territories.

International Shipping:

We do ship International on most items, however we unable to offer international shipping for some items for various reasons and we will notify you if an item cannot be shipped internationally. In that case you will have complete refund.

Return Policy:

Purchases can be returned for refund within 30 days from date of receipt. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. To initiate a return on a recently purchased item please contact us to get instructions. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in the original, undamaged packaging. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days.

Open Box Items:

An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

Opened software, DVD movies, pre-recorded videos, game cartridges,  and consumables such as ink or cleaning cartridges and paper may ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item and may NOT be returned for a refund. The original purchased item must be returned to Computers777.com within 10 days upon receipt of its replacement. Computers777.com cannot be held liable if an item is not returned within the allotted time. Computers777.com will not provide return labels or packaging. In the event a purchased item is replaced but the original item is not returned, such scenario will be considered as a new sale. Computers777.com will therefore collect payment as if it were an actual sale. The charge will be based on the retail price and shipping cost of that item.

Fees & Other Notes:

Shipping fees will not be refunded if the shipment is refused at the time of delivery.

Computers777.com will not accept the return of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.
